2 Months After Open Heart Surgery

I am really sorry that I haven't posted for so long, and really touched by the messages I have had from people checking to see if I am okay!

I have been a bit lazy on the blog, but basically because I am just about getting back to normal - especailly these last 2 weeks, I have a lot more energy and strength and have had some busy days (and nights) :) Anyway - here is the video:

I talked a little about my scar coming "undone" in the video and needing more stitching - this is EXTREMELY RARE, and I think it must just be my lack of skin healing ability or something, but I haven't heard of anyone else having to have further stitches - so don't worry, it probably won't happen to you :) And even if it does, its nothing to worry about:

Before the stitching:

After the stitching:
Looking a LOT better :)

Wow- you look great! It is a GOOD thing that your heart isn't a major part of your life anymore. Hopefully I will be there soon!

Ugh, painful! I had stitches come un-done once because of poor circulation. At least that got you sewn back up!
